Dr. Hisyam has been a dentist for years. He previously served the government sector for approximately eight years, gaining proficiency in clinical and hospital-based skills, administration, and executive leadership. He later earned his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where he was honoured as the Best Postgraduate Student. Personality-wise, Dr. Hisyam is a perfectionist who is well-known amongst colleagues for delivering gentle yet comprehensive patient management. He always prioritized quality patient care and accomplishing every procedure to his exacting standards and satisfaction. For him, establishing effective patient-doctor understanding and communication is essential in administering the right care. Consequently, the consultation will wrap up with the patient feeling satisfied.
